Bring anchoring and relaxation with Yoga

Warm-up Asanas Meditation Relaxation
At ANANDA, YOGIS of the world, we promote the teaching of the key components of Yoga, namely ASANAS (yoga postures), PRANAYAMA (control of breath), DHYANA (meditation), and finally SAVASANA (relaxation).
The practice of asanas is based on dynamic postures, balance, and concentration. We practice with the youngs and adjust their posture if necessary, with gentleness and kindness. When combined with pranayama, asanas promote reconnection to the body and physical and mental grounding in the present moment. These practices can help overcome uprooting and physical and emotional traumas. After performing the asanas, the young people are guided through practices of dhyana and savasana, thus allowing them to reduce their mental agitation, stress, and anxiety.

Regular practice of Yoga helps to strengthen flexibility and strength, and contributes to developing a positive perception of the body, building self-confidence, and facilitating grounding in the present moment.
Finally, these practices help to increase the ability to concentrate, which is so important during the schooling and professional training of these young people, and also offer them an opportunity to practice French in a safe, inclusive, relaxed, and supportive environment.
To facilitate the integration of Yoga and meditation techniques, we are currently developing videos and tutorials. These resources will be accessible to anyone wishing to use them, regardless of the chosen time and geographical location.
Bring relaxation with sophrology

We also offer sophrology, which combines relaxation, breathing techniques, and positive visualizations to improve overall well-being. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen emotional balance, and promote grounding in the present moment. It aids in better managing stress related to change by fostering self-reconnection and enhancing self-esteem. It can also promote relaxation to facilitate falling asleep.
Bringing well-being through massages
A significant proportion of young people sleep on the streets, under bridges, and do not have suitable sleeping facilities. Many of them suffer from neck tension, shoulder and back tension. All of these tension accumulates over time and is exacerbated by the persistence of their precarious situation and the constant stress to which these young people are exposed. To relieve their tension We offer them attentive and caring listening and adapted massages of the contracted areas.

We use various approaches such as Tui-Na massage and acupressure, allowing not only local action on tense areas, but also in a more global way, promoting a better state of relaxation. We show them how to practise self massages (acupressure points) so they can do that by themselves if required.
